Privacy Notice

This notice explains how VektorForgeAI LLC ("VektorForgeAI", "we", "us") handles information collected on our website, vektorforgeai.com. If you use Product Architect, our product management platform at app.vektorforgeai.com, the Product Architect Privacy Policy applies to that service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we collect

  • Contact and waitlist forms. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message, plus the page you sent it from. To limit spam, we also keep a one-way hashed (not readable) version of your IP address; we never store the IP address itself.
  • Emails you send us. If you write to info@vektorforgeai.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
  • Business contacts. If you work with us or your organization is talking with us, for example about consulting or our apps, we keep business contact details for you as a contact at that organization: your name, title, work email and phone, plus notes about our working relationship, such as agreements and projects. We use them only to manage that relationship.
  • Page-view statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

We use contact information only to reply to you, follow up on the request you made, and keep a record of our conversation. We use page-view statistics to understand which pages are useful. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Services that help us run the site

  • Vercel hosts the website and provides the cookieless page-view statistics.
  • Supabase receives and stores contact-form messages and our business contact records, in the United States.
  • Resend delivers a copy of each message to our inbox and sends our email replies to you.
  • Microsoft 365 hosts our business email, where your messages and any replies you send us arrive.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact and waitlist forms are filled in by a person. It may collect information about your browser and device, and may set a cookie needed for that check.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Cookies

The website itself does not set cookies and does not track you across other websites. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie when you use the contact or waitlist forms, as described above. Because we don't sell or share your information or use it for advertising, browser "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals don't change how the website works.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for up to two years after we last reply, as a record of our business conversations, and then delete them. We keep business contact details while we have a relationship with your organization, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our records; you can ask us to correct or remove them at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing info@vektorforgeai.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will respond to verified requests and will not treat you differently for making one.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
